Rudy Nassri

Executive President

The founder and visionary behind the growth and success of TLR, Rudy has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of management, coupled with a strong financial background. He has developed innovative infrastructure tools to increase asset value, strengthen internal controls, cash-flow management, and forecasting. Rudy commenced his career as a CPA and in 2001 evolved into real estate and property management by working with highly respected and experienced private-sector owners including, SLH Property Management, Groupe Mach, BMHL Equities, and LCN Property Management in the Canadian market. Rudy has extensive financial and accounting experience, with an outstanding track record of maximizing profit, improving operating efficiencies, while minimizing expenses. Rudy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. He is also accredited by the State of New Hampshire as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

 

Operations

Stephanie Brief

Head of Operations

Stephanie is an accomplished manager with ground-up experience in all scopes of residential real-estate operation and development. She oversees day-to-day operations across the entire TLR portfolio, adding the personal touch and care that places TLR a step ahead of the competition. Stephanie attended the University of South Florida and enjoys outdoor activities in her spare time.

Zack Olsen

Marketing Manager

Zack joined TLR in 2020 after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He brings a wide array of experience from working at large marketing firms and more bespoke businesses. Outside of work, Zack spends his free time playing golf, ice hockey, and venturing into various water activities.

Dalia Metwaly

Administrative Assistant

Dalia was born in Egypt and joined the TLR team as an Administrative Assistant in 2021. Dalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology and has over 10 years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Assistance, and Office Management. She believes that being supportive of others is essential in the workplace. Outside of the office, Dalia loves cooking and travelling.

Walter Morales

Recruiter

Walter joined TLR in 2022 after relocating to Tampa from Arkansas. Walter graduated from The University of Arkansas and found his passion in finding the right people to fit job openings. Outside of work, Walter loves to barbecue, spend quality time with his family, and stay on top of men’s fashion trends.

Marisol Miranda

Accounts Receivable Manager

Marisol came to TLR in 2022 and worked her way up through the property ranks from a Leasing Consultant to Property Manager before joining the corporate TLR team. Before her career in Property Management, Marisol earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy from The University of Puerto Rico- Humacao and taught English as a Second Language in Puerto Rico and Texas. Outside of work, Marisol enjoys baking and listening to music.

Liyah Gales

Operations Support Manager

Liyah joined the TLR team in 2022 after working through the ranks from Leasing Consultant to Property Manager and then joined the corporate team with nearly 10 years of experience. Liyah, an Atlanta native, graduated from Middle Georgia State University and relocated to Tampa in 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys sitting by the beach and enjoying the water.

India Latorre

Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager

India joins TLR Group with 10+ years of professional experience in customer service, property preservation, staffing, and recruiting. She assists with daily operations in the Human Resource Department. India has an Associate of Arts Degree from the University of Phoenix.

Jennifer Artz

Human Resource Manager

Jennifer, born and raised in Florida, graduated from USF with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She has been in the HR field for 10 years and holds a Society of Human Resource Manager – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and going to Disney World.

Erika Reyes

Contracts and Payable Manager

Erika brings 10+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to the TLR team. Erika started with TLR as the Accounts Payable Clerk and has since worked her way up to her current role. Erika oversees the Accounts Payable for each property under the TLR portfolio from acquisition through the entirety of its lifetime as part of TLR. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.

William Rosado Rodriguez

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

William joined TLR’s Accounts Payable team in 2022 with over 3 years of accounting experience. William moved to Tampa from Puerto Rico after graduating from Ana G. Mendez University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. Outside of the office, William enjoys drawing, soccer, and playing piano.

Beata Adamczyk

Accounts Payable Assistant Manager

Beata joined TLR Group and the Accounts Payable team in 2022 bringing over 20 years of accounts payable and credit experience including an Associate of Arts in Business from Morton College. Beata was born in Poland but moved to the United States after High School graduation and settled in Chicago; in 2019 she moved to Florida to escape the cold winters of Chicago. Outside of work, Beata enjoys spending time with her family and her two daughters (three if you count her cat).

Christian Ramirez

Accounts Payable Specialist

Christian joined TLR Group’s Accounts Payable team in 2023 bringing over 10 years of experience and a B.S. in Business Management from The University of South Florida. Before joining TLR, Christian worked in underwriting, bookkeeping, and account management. Outside of the office, Christian enjoys spending time with his family and taking bike rides.

Ted Nicolosi

Senior Accounting Manager

Ted joined the TLR family in 2021 as the Senior Accountant after moving to Florida from New York. Ted graduated from SUNY Westbury and became a Certified Public Accountant shortly after. When he’s not at work, Ted enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, and exercising.

Brady Ledet

Head of Acquisition and Financing

Brady joined TLR Group in 2021 and brings over 10 years of experience in underwriting and analyzing commercial real estate.  Prior to joining TLR, he was the Senior Real Estate Consultant for a family office and was responsible for acquisitions, leasing, and management of the portfolio. Brady’s primary role is to source and evaluate new opportunities to expand TLR’s current portfolio in addition to ensuring each property successfully adds value to TLR’s investors.  Brady holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.  In his free time, Brady enjoys staying active and philanthropy, he is currently serving as President of the Associate Board of Ambassadors of the American Cancer Society.

Stephen Wood

Loans Servicing Manager

Stephen joined the TLR team in 2022 and brings over 5 years of Financial experience through a diverse background. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and has called Tampa home for many years. Outside of work, Stephen is a Bucs fan and a history buff who enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and trying new foods.

 

Design | Build

Victoria Strange

Senior Designer

Victoria leads the design of each property, creating the amenity and landscape design as well as exterior design renovations. A nationally published designer, she honed her design skills in the film and music industries working on commercials, music videos, and feature films. Victoria has received a multitude of awards for her work including MTV Awards, Grammy, and Emmy nominations. Her first two projects for TLR, The Grove and The Bahia were finalists for the 2021 and 2022 NAA's Major Rehab Community of the Year award. The Grove and The Bahia went on to win Tampa Bay Business Journal's 2021 award for Top Reuse/Rehab Project and in 2022, The Oceanaire won the same award for Top Reuse/Rehab Project.

Eladia Rolon

Project Manager

Eladia joined the TLR team as a Project Manager with 5 years of experience in building management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Before moving to Florida from New York, Eladia worked as a Property Manager. She spends her free time with her family, training in Martial Arts, and gardening.

Claudia Avalos

Project Architect

Claudia has a bachelor’s degree in architecture and has specialized in high-end residential buildings. She joins the TLR team with 7 years of experience in the development and construction of commercial and residential projects. Her experience on multiple international projects has shaped her philosophy of work. Her approach goes beyond the traditional time cost quality formula and she believes the key to the success of a project is listening to each stakeholder’s vision to deliver the desired outcome. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys biking, hiking, and indoor rock climbing.
